The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE, except for ranges 1, 7, 13 and 19, which will be submitted for LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE to hire a specialized company to transport materials from the BACW warehouse to Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), via commercial air transport, in accordance with the characteristics described in the TERM OF REFERENCE.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on June 11^th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street NW - Washington, DC 20008 – EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO UNITÁRIO, com exceção das faixas 1, 7, 13 e 19, as quais serão submetidas por MENOR PREÇO GLOBAL para contratação de empresa especializada para transporte de materiais do Depósito da CABW até o Aero-porto Internacional de Guarulhos (GRU), via modal aéreo comercial, em conformidade com as características descritas no TERMO DE REFERÊNCIA.

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 11 de junho de 2024, às 10h00 EST na CABW.
