In accordance with clause 16 of the Invitation for Bid 181301/CABW/2018, the Chief of the of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for the maintenance of aircraft C-130 for the provision of logistical support services for 12 (twelve) aircrafts is RAFITIED and AWARDED to OGMA with the General Index (IG) of 22.6, as follows:

The President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the bidders CASCADE received 16 points as its Price Index and OGMA received 17 points as its PRICE INDEX (IP) in accordance with the terms of the bid announcement 181301/CABW/2018 for the maintenance of aircraft C-130, for the provision of logistical support services for 12 (twelve) aircraft, excluding full T56A-15 engines, Aerial Fueling (REVO) and Modular Airborne Fire-fighting System (MAFFS), including the execution of maintenance services, repair and replacement of equipment, in accordance with terms, quantities, and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package.
Moreover, based on the DIRMAB’s Technical Opinion IFB181301/DIRMAB/004, and in accordance with the terms of the solicitation package, the bidder CASCADE obtained 17.2 points and OGMA obtained 22.6 points as their GENERAL INDEX (IG).
Notwithstanding, the participating bidders shall have 5 (five) business days to present any appeals to the qualification phase in accordance with Clause 36 of the IFB

The BACW’s Expenses Supervisor (Ordenador de Despesas) notifies that after the analysis of appeals and counter-arguments, agrees with the Technical Opinion NR IFB181301/DIRMAB/003, as well as with the maintenance of the points initially ranked and ratifies all the acts performed by the Bidding Commission by means of the Meeting Minutes 035/CPL/2018 and 040/CPL/2018.
Subsequently, it is hereby notified that the open session for opening the Price Proposals – Envelope #3 shall be held on August 20, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. EST at the BACW.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on July 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
