The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out  a Republishing of Bidding Process, to be awarded based on Lowest Total Price per Module,  on November 21st, 2019 for the maritime transportation services for goods, from the BACW (Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington, D.C.), from the Warehouse (4601 Beech Road, Temple Hills, Maryland, 20748 USA)  to the Port of Santos, located in the State of São Paulo, and to the Port of Rio de Janeiro, located in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, per INCOTERM 2010, DAT, in 40-feet-high, 'High Cube' Containers (40HC)- Full Container, by ocean, with commercial rights and obligations between the Parties being governed by DAT (Delivered at Terminal) and INCOTERMS 2010 (ICC Publication nº 744. 2013 Edition).
