The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST PRICE PER ITEM to acquisition of Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment for the implementation of the Advanced Air Traffic Information Management System and Reports of Operational Interest (SAGITARIO) at the Northeast Approach Control Center (APP-NE), for the total modernization of the SAGITARIO at the Belo Horizonte (APP-BH) and São Paulo (APP-SP) Approach Control Centers and the partial modernization of the SAGITARIO hardware at the Recife (ACC-RE) and Curitiba (ACC-CW) Area Control Centers, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA).

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 13^th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street NW - Washington, DC 20008 – EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO POR ITEM para a aquisição de equipamentos de Controle de Tráfego Aéreo (ATC) para a implantação do Sistema Avançado de Gerenciamento de Informações de Tráfego Aéreo e Relatórios de Interesse Operacional (SAGITARIO) no Centro de Controle de Aproximação do Nordeste (APP-NE), para a modernização total dos SAGITARIO dos Centros de Controle de Aproximação de Belo Horizonte (APP-BH) e de São Paulo (APP-SP) e a para a modernização parcial do hardware dos SAGITARIO nos Centros de Controle de Área de Recife (ACC-RE) e de Curitiba (ACC-CW), em conformidade com as diretrizes estabelecidas pelo Departamento de Controle do Espaço Aéreo (DECEA).

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 13 de março de 2024, às 10h00 EST na CABW.
