Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, the Bidding Commission recommends the bidders to submit the qualification documents and price proposals by Postal Service or other similar delivery services, with tracking capabilities, and proof of delivery receipt, as per item 5.4.1 of the Request For Quote. Moreover, the record of the bidding meeting shall be sent to the participating companies, as per items 9.2 and 10.5.1 of the Request For Quote.
