The President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the QUALIFIED bidders presented the Global Prices as follows: PROCOR US$ 452,000.00 and IBR-LAM LAMINAÇÃO DE METAIS LTDA US$ 451,000.00.

Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up April 9, 2019 to present any appeals to the Price Proposal Phase, in accordance with Clause 27 of the IFB.

The President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the bidders PROCOR and IBR-LAM LAMINAÇÃO DE METAIS LTDA were QUALIFIED in accordance with the terms of the bidding announcement.

Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 22, 2019 to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 27 of the IFB.

If no appeals to the qualification phase are presented, the open session for opening the price proposal of the qualified bidders shall be on March 28, 2019 at 9 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

If appeals are presented, the Bidding Commission shall proceed as described on Clause 27 of the IFB and a new date for opening the Price Proposal shall be appointed, after the appeals are duly answered.

Due to local weather conditions and in accordance with the recommendations for weather and safety leave of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that BACW will be closed all day on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.

Moreover, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals for the REPUBLISHING of the Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the GREATEST GLOBAL PRICE, for selling 9 (nine) Mirage 2000 aircraft (Project F-2000), in no-flight condition, shall be postponed to February 21, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW, as per item 28.4 of the Bidding Announcement.

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the BACW shall carry out a REPUBLISHING of the Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the GREATEST GLOBAL PRICE, for selling 9 (nine) Mirage 2000 aircraft (Project F-2000), in no-flight condition, in accordance with the solicitation package. 

 Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on February 20, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
