The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street N.W. Washington, D.C. 20008 - USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE for the CONTRACTING THE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS SERVICE TO TEST THE F414-GE-39E ENGINE ON THE PAMASP TEST BENCH, in accordance with Technical Specifications 001/TMOT/2024, and Requisition (RFQ) SPR058029F9, available for participation at the Electronic Reverse Auction system https://apl1.sti.fab.mil.br/compraer-auth-era/login.

Initial proposal shall be accepted via the Electronic Reverse Auction system.
