TRANSPORTE DE BAGAGEM DESACOMPANHADA

E PASSAGEM AÉREA

Os militares em missões no exterior, de acordo com o previsto na ICA 35-8, deverão solicitar ao Chefe da CABW, os procedimentos para o seu retorno, e de sua família, por meio de Ofício.

Juntamente com a Ofício deverão constar os seguintes anexos:

1. Solicitação de transporte de bagagem e pessoal assinada;
2. Portarias de Designação (Início da Missão);
3. Portarias de Classificação (Término de Missão com localidade de destino); e
4. Declaração de dependentes.

É responsabilidade do militar informar corretamente os dados solicitados e entregar as solicitações de forma tempestiva, para que a CABW possa realizar o melhor suporte administrativo.

Após o preenchimento do Ofício, deverá ser enviado pelo SIGADAER ou e-mail do protocolo: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. 

No caso das Adidâncias localizadas na América do Sul, foram disponibilizados os modelos dos documentos-base do e-PAG, conforme arquivos abaixo numerados sequencialmente, buscando atender às recomendações da Portaria e da COJAER.
