The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE for the contracting the rental service of 280 "DRY" hours of simulator and flight training for the VC-2 aircraft (EMB 190/195), in order to meet the needs of COMAER, in accordance with the characteristics described in the TERM OF REFERENCE.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on December 12^th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street NW - Washington, DC 20008 – EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO UNITÁRIO para contratação de serviço de locação de 280 horas “DRY” de treinamento de simulador de voo da aeronave VC-2 (EMB 190/195), visando atender as necessidades do COMAER, em conformidade com as características descritas no TERMO DE REFERÊNCIA.

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 12 de dezembro de 2023, às 10h00 EST na CABW.
