The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that after the filling of appeals, counter-arguments, technical analysis by CELOG, endorsement of the Bidding Commission’s higher authority, and approval of the BACW’s higher authority. The solicitation 171745/CABW/2017, for modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 is concluded as follows:
- MODULE 1 – REVOKED and it might be republished by item at later date;
- MODULE 2 – AWARDED (Homologated and Adjudicated) in favor of the company AMS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT INC since it presented the lowest global price of US$ 586,650.60;
- MODULE 3 - REVOKED and it might be republished by item at later date;
- MODULE 4 - REVOKED;
- MODULE 5 - REVOKED and it might be republished by item at later date;
- MODULE 6 - AWARDED (Homologated and Adjudicated) in favor of the company NSL AEROSPACE since it presented the lowest global price of US$ 519,421.96;
- MODULE 8 - REVOKED and it might be republished by item at later date;
- MODULE 9 – REVOKED on December 22, 2017;
- MODULE 10 - AWARDED (Homologated and Adjudicated) in favor of the company AMS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT INC since it presented the lowest global price of US$ 183,072.06;
Furthermore, MODULE 7 is under technical review of BACW’s Higher Authority, as per Meeting Minutes 017/CPL/2018, from March 20, 2018, and no decision has been made yet.
