Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington DC

In accordance with clause 15 of the Invitation for Bid 180257/CABW/2018, the Chief of the of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for the reform, repair or overhaul services for repairable components of avionic components installed on a fleet of 8 (eight) P-95M aircraft, including the supply of necessary material is RAFITIED and AWARDED to AEL SISTEMAS with the GLOBAL PRICE of USD 4,064,063.22

The President of the BACW’s Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the bidder AEL SISTEMAS is QUALIFIED in accordance with the terms of the Bid Announcement. 

Since the bidder waived is right to appeal to the qualification phase, the Bidding Commission appoints October 25, 2018 at 11:15 am (EST) the date and time for the opening of the Price Proposal – Envelop 2, at BACW.

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that due to a mistake on ITEM 17 of the BASIC PROJECT 001/TTEC-TCOE/2018, the item is REMOVED from this solicitation and shall not be considered when providing a proposal of the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER BATCH, for the Contracting of reform, repair or overhaul services for repairable components of avionic components installed on a fleet of 8 (eight) P-95M aircraft, including the supply of necessary material to be used, for the full operation of items described the solicitation package. 

Nonetheless,  the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on October 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER BATCH, for the Contracting of reform, repair or overhaul services for repairable components of avionic components installed on a fleet of 8 (eight) P-95M aircraft, including the supply of necessary material to be used, for the full operation of items described the solicitation package.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on October 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
