The President of the BACW’s Bidding Commission hereby informs that, after the appeals phase regarding the Technical Proposal has passed, the Bidding Commission, with the approval of BACW’s Chief, declares the Technical Proposal of the bidders FREQUENTIS and SAAB as ACCEPTED AND QUALIFIED in accordance with the Invitation for Bid.

Based on that, the open session for the opening of the Commercial Proposal (Envelope 3) shall be held on December 21, 2018 at 11:55 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

The President of the BACW’s Bidding Commission hereby informs that, the TECHNICAL PROPOSALS of the bidders FREQUENTIS and SAAB were ACCEPTED and QUALIFIED in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation For Bid.

Notwithstanding, the bidders shall be inquired about their right to appeal to the Technical Proposal phase.

If both bidders waive their right to appeal, the Bidding Commission shall open the Commercial Proposal (Envelope 3) on December 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. (EST) at BACW.

If the bidder do not waive their right to appeal, or if no communication is made, the participating bidders shall have 5 (five) business days from the announcement of the technical proposal results to present any appeals to the technical proposal phase in accordance with Clause 27 of the IFB

The President of the BACW’s Bidding Commission hereby informs that, since both qualified companies FREQUENTIS and SAAB expressively waived their rights to appeal to the qualification phase, the open session for opening the TECHNICAL PROPOSAL shall be held on November 8, 2018 at 10:45 a.m. EST at the BACW.

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out the REPUBLISHING of the Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the lowest global price for the provision of Remote Control Tower Visualization System (SVR-TWR) with equipment, associated logistics, installation materials and specialized engineering services required for its implementation at Santa Cruz Airfield-RJ, including field survey, installation, integration, acceptance tests, training and technical/operational support, all in accordance with technical requirements as established in, in accordance with terms, quantities, and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package. 

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be POSTPONED to November 7, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
