Moreover, the Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that after the evaluation by the Brazilian Air Force Directorate of Warfare and Aeronautical Material (DIRMAB) on the fact that no valid proposal was achieved on the batches C-105 (C2) and G-19 (U2), the Bidding Process 188733/CABW/2018, for BATCHES C-105 (C2) AND G-19 (U2) is REVOKED due to the interest of the Administration

The participating bidders shall have 5 (five) business days from the announcement of the judgment of the price proposals to present any appeals to the price proposal in accordance with Clause 31.1 of the IFB.

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that due to the interest of the Administration, the AIRCRAFT C-98 (Caravan), PROJECT U8 is REMOVED from this solicitation and shall not be considered when providing a proposal for the BIDDING PROCESS 188733/CABW/2018 to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER PROJECT for the contracting of a company for the procurement of consumable items, commodities for use in the general overhaul, repair or exchange all cell components, equipment handling and transportation, in order to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the COMAER’S aircraft, both for the aircraft itself, as well as off-wing components of all repairable items in the aircraft, for AIPC, CMM, all aircraft systems and any other parts catalogue which mentions the aircrafts C-105 (C2), C/P-95, C-98, F-5, H-60, P-3, T-25, T-27, G-19, in accordance with terms, quantities, and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package.

Moreover, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that due to the interest of the Administration, 45 (forty-five) Part Numbers referred to the Project C/P 95 (A7) are REMOVED from this solicitation and shall not be considered when providing a proposal for the BIDDING PROCESS 188733/CABW/2018 to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER PROJECT for the contracting of a company for the procurement of consumable items, commodities for use in the general overhaul, repair or exchange all cell components, equipment handling and transportation, in order to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the COMAER’S aircraft, both for the aircraft itself, as well as off-wing components of all repairable items in the aircraft, for AIPC, CMM, all aircraft systems and any other parts catalogue which mentions the aircrafts C-105 (C2), C/P-95, C-98, F-5, H-60, P-3, T-25, T-27, G-19, in accordance with terms, quantities, and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package.

Moreover, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

The list of removed Part Numbers from project C/P-95 are attached to this notice and were uploaded to BACW’s website.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
