The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that after the evaluation by the Brazilian Air Force Logistics Center (CELOG) on the fact that no valid proposal was achieved on the some batches, the Bidding Process 190011/CABW/2019 is REVOKED for BATCHES 25, 27, 29, 32, 34 e 36 due to the interest of the Administration.

Moreover, for the batches 5, 25, 27, 32, and 37 since there were no accepted prices, the bidders may present new price proposals up to June 24, 2019 for the same batches previously offered, as per Brazilian Law n. 8666/93, Art. 48, § 3º.

The new price proposals shall be presented in a sealed envelope containing the printed version of the Price Proposal and the digital file in .xlsx format (Flash Card or CD-ROM) in accordance with the instructions foreseen on item 5 and 7 of the IFB.
Based on that, the open session for opening the new price proposals for batches 5, 25, 27, 32, and 37 shall be held at BACW on June 25, 2019 at 9:00 am (EST).

The participating bidders shall have 5 (five) business days from the announcement of the judgment of the price proposals to present any appeals to the price proposal in accordance with Clause 31.1 of the IFB.
If no appeals are presented, the Bidding Commission shall display the results in a comparative rank and recommend the ratification and bid award to the competent authority, as per item 12 of the IFB.

Based on that, the open session for opening the price proposal shall be held at BACW on May 6, 2019 at 9:00 am (EST).

On April 11th, 2019 the President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies that the Final Decision regarding Qualification Phase for the Bidding Process 190011/CABW/2019 has been received from the Bidders and the Bidding Commission is analysing the documents.

The results will be posted on BACW's website on April 17th, 2019.


On March 18, 2019, the Bidding Commission released the results of the Qualification Phase for the Bidding Process n. 190011/CABW/2019.

Therefore, the Bidding Commission presents the following erratum:

Where it reads:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”


Shall be read:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 3:15 pm (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the bidders: AEROMOT; SIKORSKY/LOCKHEED MARTIN; IMP AEROSPACE; AEROPRECISION; AEROMAX; MTI AVIATION; AIRBUS; and S3 are QUALIFIED in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation For Bid.

Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.

If no appeals to the qualification phase are presented, the open session for opening the price proposal of the qualified bidders shall be on March 27, 2019 at 9 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

If appeals are presented, the Bidding Commission shall proceed as described on Clause 31 of the IFB and a new date for opening the Price Proposal shall be appointed, after the appeals are duly answered.

Based on that, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on February 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
