In accordance with clause 13 of the Invitation for Bid 191442/CABW/2019, after the appeals and counter-arguments on the price proposal phase has been concluded, the Chief of the of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for contracting of flight simulator training hours with availability exclusively to the COMAER pilots, in the LEARJET 35 aircraft is RAFITIED and AWARDED to SIMCOM AVIATION TRAINING with the global price of USD 67,400.00

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Republishing of Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE for the contracting of flight simulator training hours with availability exclusively to the COMAER pilots, in the LEARJET 35 aircraft, aiming to fulfill the COMAER needs, as per technical specifications and quantities provided in the Invitation For Bid. Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on April 23rd, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
