The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out the REPUBLISHING OF THE BIDDING PROCESS, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE, for the contracting of 268 flight simulator training hours, without instructor (DRY), and Simulator Operators Training (IOS) for 4 instructors, with availability exclusively to the GABAER pilots, in the VC-2 (EMB-190) aircraft, according to terms, quantities, price limit and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package. 

 Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on October 17, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
