The Head of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, in the form of Reverse Auction, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE to for the contracting of a specialized company for the services of relocation of UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE hereinafter referred to as Domestic Goods, door-to-door, by sea, for the 4 (four) military personnel, in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Bidding Process and its attachments.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 21^st, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street NW - Washington, DC 20008 – EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, na modalidade PREGÃO, na forma PRESENCIAL, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO POR ITEM para para a contratação de transporte de bagagem desacompanhada de objetos domésticos, porta a porta, por via marítima, em favor de 04 (quatro) militares do Comando da Aeronáutica, no retorno ao Brasil, por término de suas missões no exterior, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos.

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 21 de março de 2024, às 10h00 EST na CABW.
