The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE for the services of custodial and related services at the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission’s facilities located in Washington, D.C., and Temple Hills, MD, for a contractual period of 12 months, with the possibility of extensions of up to an aggregate of 60 months, as per characteristics described in the Basic Project Plan, according to terms, quantities, price limit and other applicable requirements established in the Invitation for Bid.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on February 11th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EST at BACW’s Headquarters.
