The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Republishing of Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST PRICE the services of leasing of a Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV), as per characteristics described in the Basic Project, to be used by the Defense and Air Attaché Office, for a period of 36 months, including preventive maintenance, according to terms, quantities, price limit and other applicable requirements established in the Request For Quote.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on March 2, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

Additional information regarding this Bidding Process may be obtained from the BACW’s Bidding Department in Washington D.C. from Monday to Friday between 08:30 am and 03:00 pm (EST).
