The President of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C., Bidding Commission, located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BIDDING PROCESS , to be awarded based on the LOWEST TOTAL PRICE, for the supply and installation of an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast) system throughout Brazilian territory, taking into account equipment and services associated with on-site survey, with the installation, integration and factory and site acceptance tests, as well as related logistics, made up my technical documentation, theoretic and practical training on system operation and maintenance, assisted operations, transportation and insurance and technical guarantee, shall be SUSPENDED as instructed by CISCEA

(“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST TOTAL PRICE, for the supply and installation of an ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast) system throughout Brazilian territory, taking into account equipment and services associated with on-site survey, with the installation, integration and factory and site acceptance tests, as well as related logistics, made up my technical documentation, theoretic and practical training on system operation and maintenance, assisted operations, transportation and insurance and technical guarantee, all in accordance with the solicitation package. 

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on January 7th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

Therefore, the solicitation shall be republished at later date.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on November 5, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
