Based on the aforementioned analysis, the participating bidders shall have up March 19, 2019 to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 33 of the IFB.

If no appeals to the qualification phase are presented, the open session for opening the price proposal of the qualified bidders shall be on March 20, 2019 at 9 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

If appeal are presented, the Bidding Commission shall proceed as described on Clause 33 of the IFB and a new date for opening the Price Proposal shall be appointed, after the appeals are duly answered.
