The Head of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street N.W., Washington, D.C., 20008, USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, in the form of Reverse Auction, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE to for the contracting of transportation of unaccompanied baggage of domestic objects, door to door, by sea, in favor of three (3) military personnel of the Aeronautical Command, on their return to Brazil, at the end of their mission abroad, according to the conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Public Notice and its annexes.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on May 10^th, 2024 at 08:30 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street N.W., Washington, D.C., 20008, EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, na modalidade PREGÃO, na forma PRESENCIAL, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO POR ITEM para a contratação de transporte de bagagem desacompanhada de objetos domésticos, porta a porta, por via marítima, em favor de 03 (três) militares do Comando da Aeronáutica, no retorno ao Brasil, por término de suas missões no exterior, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos.

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 10 de maio de 2024, às 08h30min EST na CABW.
