The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22^nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE for the contracting of a specialized company for the services of relocation of UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE hereafter referred as Household Effects (HHE), door-to-door, by sea, for the MILITARY PERSONNEL of the Brazilian Aeronautical Command when returning to Brazil at the end of their missions overseas, as per the USER’S INFORMATION, Annex A of the Basic Project.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on November 30^th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.

O Chefe da Comissão Aeronáutica Brasileira em Washington, DC (“CABW”), localizada em 1701 22^nd Street NW - Washington, DC 20008 – EUA, vem comunicar, a quem interessar possa, que a CABW realizará Processo Licitatório, a ser concedido com base no MENOR PREÇO UNITÁRIO para contratação de empresa especializada para os serviços de transporte de BAGAGEM DESACOMPANHADA doravante denominada Viagens Domésticas (HHE), porta a porta, por via marítima, para o PESSOAL MILITAR do Comando da Aeronáutica quando do retornar ao Brasil ao final de suas missões no exterior, conforme INFORMAÇÕES DO USUÁRIO, Anexo A do Projeto Básico.

A sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 30 de novembro de 2023, às 10h00 EST na CABW.
