Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington DC

The Head of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington, D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE for the contracting of 04 (four) buses with the capacity to carry up to 56 passengers in each vehicle/bus, or a total of up to 224 people, around the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area (Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.) and Dover, Delaware, including drivers and fuel, and an estimate of 770 miles per bus, for a period of 07 (seven) days, according to the schedule and specifications presented in Annex A of the Terms of Reference No. 12/DA/2022, and to terms, quantities, price limit and other applicable requirements established in the Invitation for Bid No. 223259/CABW/2022.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on August 31^st, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
