INVITATION FOR BID - No. 67102.230856-2023-35

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Attaché in Peru (BAAP), located at Avenue José Pardo, 850, Miraflores, Embassy of Brazil in Peru, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the ADIPER shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE for the Contracting of a specialized company for the services of relocation of UNACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE hereafter referred as Household Goods (HHG), door-to-door, by sea, for the MILITARY PERSONNEL of the Brazilian Aeronautical Command when returning to Brazil at the end of their missions overseas, as per the USER’S INFORMATION, Annex A of the Basic Project.

Open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on December 13th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Peru time) at the BAAP´s Headquarters.

O Chefe do Adido Aeronáutico Brasileiro no Peru (BAAP), localizado na Avenida José Pardo, 850, Miraflores, Embaixada do Brasil no Peru, comunica, a quem possa interessar, que o ADIPER realizará um Processo de Licitação, a ser a ser adjudicado com base no MENOR PREÇO UNITÁRIO para a Contratação de uma empresa especializada para os serviços de recolocação de BAGAGEM NÃO ACOMPANHADA doravante designados por bens de uso doméstico (HHG), porta-a-porta, por via marítima, para o PESSOAL MILITAR do Comando da Aeronáutica do Brasil quando do retorno ao Brasil ao término de suas missões no exterior, conforme as INFORMAÇÕES AO USUÁRIO, Anexo A do Projeto Básico.

Sessão aberta para recebimento dos Documentos de Habilitação e Propostas de Preço Propostas de Preços será realizada no dia 13 de dezembro de 2023, às 10:00 horas (hora do Peru), na sede da BAAP.
